Yield: 10 sandwiches.
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups ground fully cooked low-fat ham
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup fat-free French salad dressing
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 teaspoons caraway seeds
5 hamburger buns, split
Combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Spread over cut side of buns. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
