1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 pounds ground round
1 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 cup ketchup
In a large bowl, heat eggs. Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning blend and onion powder; mix well Stir in oars, carrot and parsley. Combine beef and turkey; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake at 3500 for 1-1/2 hours or until no pink remains. Drain.
