1 boneless fully cooked low-fat ham (4 pounds)
1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches in natural juices, drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup minced onion
1 apple, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon mixed pickling spices

Place ham in a shallow pan. Bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140°. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until thickened. Cool. Slice ham; serve with chutney.
