4 boneless loin pork chops (1 inch thick), trimmed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced

Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium coals for about 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
