1 pound round steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Dash crushed red pepper flakes
1-2/3 cups water, divided
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

In a Dutch oven coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown beef over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, seasonings and 1-1/2 cups water. Stir into beef; reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Just before serving, combine flour and remaining water; stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
