These garlic, lemon, and basil-infused pork chops will sure to satisfy your cravings for summer grilling!

4 thick-cut, boneless pork loin chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup fresh minced basil leaves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon pepper


In a bowl, mix olive oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Spread both sides of the pork chops with the mixture and let the chops sit for 20 minutes. Grill chops over direct heat for about 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reads at least 145 degrees. Let chops cool for 5 minutes before serving.
