1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 large turkey tenderloins

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add turkey. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Remove from marinade, grill on medium high with a closed lid for 10 minutes on each side until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees.
