6 loin pork chops (3/4 inch thick), trimmed
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup hot water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
