4 slices French bread (3/4 inch thick)
Prepared mustard, optional
1/2 pound ground round
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon steak sauce
Dash garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a broiler, toast one side of the bread. Spread untoasted sides with mustard if desired. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread evenly over mustard side of bread. Broil 6 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness.
