1 14 lb. (567g) lean ground veal
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup (79ml) crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp. (44ml) chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. (44ml) chopped fresh mint
1 cup (237ml) plain yogurt
2 tbsp. (30ml) finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. (15ml) finely minced red onion
4 (6-inch/15.24cm) pitas or hamburger buns
Lettuce, red onion, tomato slices (optional)

1. Combine veal, garlic, feta, parsley, mint, and salt and pepper to taste in large bowl. Form into 4 (4-inch/10.16-centimetre) patties, about I7-inch (1.27 centimeters) thick. Chill at least 30 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, for sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, red onion, and salt and pepper to taste in small bowl. Cover and chill.

3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F/177°C to 204°C). Grill burgers 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Place in pita bread or bun, and top with yogurt sauce. Add lettuce, onion and tomato slices, if desired.
