3/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Pepper to taste
1-1/2 pounds uncooked sliced turkey breast tenderloin
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons margarine

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and pepper; mix well. Dip turkey in egg, then in crumb mixture, coating both sides. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
