3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
6 loin pork chops (1 inch thick), trimmed
Combine the first five ingredients. Place chops in a glass baking dish and add 2/3 cup marinade. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Cover chops and refrigerate 3.6 hours or overnight. Drain chops, discarding marinade, Grill or broil 4 in from the heat until juices run clear. Brush occasionally with the reserved marinade.
